Return & Exchange Policy

Pink Elephant Pink Cloud has a zero (0) return Policy on all items unless there is a grammatical error or alignment error of the graphic.  Otherwise, all sales are permanent.

To start a return, you can contact us at pinkelephantpinkcloud@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For Exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE.

 

Apparel and accessories are typically shipped USPS within 3 days after order placement, and products are shipped from Detroit Michigan and Charlotte NC depending on the product.  Total time is typically 7-10 days.

 

Please note, delivery times will vary depending on geographical location and supply chain issues (you will be notified immediately if this affects your order and will be given an opportunity to cancel if you cannot wait for your order). Please allow extra delivery time for international orders. 


We ship from:
Charlotte, NC and Detroit, Michigan for US apparel and accessory orders. International Shipping may ship from various distribution centers globally for international orders.
